Group Sessions, Clinics & Private Lessons

Carolina Tennis & Pickleball

Cancellation Policy: If you enroll in camp, group sessions and registered player cannot attend for any reason, please notify Henry Boyle at 910-742-4527 (via text) or henry@carolinatennisandpickleball.com, in writing, no later than 24 hours before the time of camp, cliic or group session. 

 As long as the notification policy is followed, you will be entitled to a credit for any unused days/weeks that can be transferred over to other sessions, group, clinics, private lessons and tournaments.  Anything under Carolina Tennis & Pickleball services. 

In the event that Carolina Tennis & Pickleball cancels camp due to weather or other reasons, then any credit for unused days shall be transferred over to other sessions, groups, private lessons or tournaments at the choice of the registrant. 

If there is an emergency or medical situation, refunds may be given subject to communication via registrant & Henry Boyle. 

Tournaments

Weather Policy: With the tournament being an outdoor event, rain could challenge the progress of the tournament. If rain situation happens, we will look to shorten format and potentially change days of events in order to complete events. If events are to be completed with a shorter format, no refunds will be placed. If events are canceled due to rain or weather conditions, refunds will be given to those registrants for canceled events.

If registrant cannot make tournament they will have until registration deadline (for Carolina Beach Pickleball Open, registration deadline is Saturday April 8th, 2023 at 11:00 PM ET) to withdraw from tournament and receive a refund. After registration deadline, no refunds will be given unless proof of emergency or medical situation is given.
